HS Decor was created in 2011 by Constanza Subijana.
Graduated in Law and with an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, she began her professional career in the world of Investment Banking.
After several years dedicated to the financial world, she changed her residence to Ireland, where she learned about Home Staging techniques and decided to take a new direction in her professional career, devoting herself entirely to this activity.
In 2011 she founded Home Staging Decor SL and began to collaborate with real estate agencies, investors and owners of homes for rent and sale.
She is co-founder of the Home Staging Association of Spain, and teaches Home Staging courses at Escuela Madrileña de Decoración (www.esmadeco.com).
Throughout this decade, HS Decor has collaborated in the marketing of more than €250MM, and has been awarded numerous times.
